The role also involves conducting market and partner research to identify new opportunities and inform partnership strategies, assisting in the development of pitch materials, proposals, and executive briefing documents, and coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of partnership programs. Additionally, the Junior Partnerships Associate will track KPIs, analyze results, and report progress against partnership and business objectives, as well as support planning and execution of on-ground activations and brand presence at high-profile national events.
Strong communication skills (both written and verbal) and organizational skills are essential. Candidates should have the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and all levels of management, manage multiple projects with strong attention to detail, and thrive in a fast-paced environment while adapting to changes. A data-driven and analytical mindset is also necessary.
Minimum qualifications include a BS/BA degree in business, communications, marketing, or a related area of study, or equivalent years of experience. Fluency in English and Arabic is a must. Preferred qualifications comprise strong Excel and PowerPoint skills, experience with analyzing datasets and delivering actionable insights, a passion for Snapchat and marketing, effective communication and presentation skills, and being a team player and collaborator.
