RESPONSIBILITIES
Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the PLM Manager, CM team, and PLM team in daily coordination and operational support activities.
  • Support process mapping by preparing process flows, working notes, SOPs, and user-level documentation.
  • Assist in documenting CM, Change Management, Release Management, and PLM process steps.
  • Support SIT and UAT activities for PLM changes deployed in lower environments and production.
  • Prepare SIT/UAT test scenarios, test cases, test data, and test result trackers under guidance.
  • Execute basic functional test cases and record results clearly.
  • Track defects, observations, open issues, action items, pending approvals, and follow-ups with relevant teams.
  • Assist in maintaining product data, part, document, BOM, change and release-related trackers.
  • Support basic checks related to product structure, engineering data, and configuration records under guidance.
  • Prepare and maintain Excel trackers, status reports, meeting notes, and minutes of meetings.
  • Assist in monitoring and reporting basic business or system status metrics.
  • Coordinate with users and internal teams to collect inputs, clarifications, and feedback.
  • Support post-deployment smoke testing and validation activities.
  • Assist with basic SAP MM or enterprise application coordination where required.
  • Help the team in preparing presentations, reports, and internal communication material.
  • Support any other PLM, CM, or business coordination activities as assigned by the team.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or a related field.
  • 0 - 1 years of experience in PLM software support.
  • 0 - 1 years of experience on Aras Innovator production support, upgrade support, or L2/L3 support activities.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Internship or academic project experience.
  • Exposure to PLM, ERP, SAP, or any enterprise application.
  • Basic understanding of parts, documents, BOMs, approvals, product structure, or change processes.
  • Familiarity with Visio, MS Project, or any process-mapping tool.
  • Basic knowledge of SIT, UAT, or functional testing.
  • Basic knowledge of SAP MM or enterprise business processes.
  • Basic exposure to reporting, dashboards, or status metrics.
