Junior Product Designer - Internship

We are looking for passionate, detail-oriented junior designers to join our Product Design team at Fathom® in Dhahran, Eastern, Saudi Arabia. In this internship role, you will work closely with senior designers, Product Owners, and Developers to build and maintain a scalable design system for a growing digital platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design UI components, icons, and layouts under guidance.
• Help maintain and grow the design system and UI Kit.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows.
• Support usability testing and iterate based on feedback.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in UI/UX, HCI, Visual Design, or related fields.
• Good knowledge of Figma and design systems.
• Portfolio showcasing web or platform designs (not just mobile apps).
• Willingness to learn enterprise UX and complex workflows.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.

Bonus Skills:

• Basic understanding of frontend technologies (CSS, HTML — just concepts).
• Familiarity with tools such as Trello, Notion, and Slack.

Work Conditions:
