Key Responsibilities:
- Perform quantitative analysis and present data to recommend improvements for driving growth.
- Understand user interaction with our products and simplify concepts to collaborate with development teams on various projects.
- Analyze the business model and user funnels to identify necessary changes for growth.
- Define OKRs and roadmap for initiatives and experiments.
- Plan and perform A/B experiments and track their results.
- Stay updated on the latest technology and standards.
Requirements:
- B.Sc in Maths, Computer Science, Marketing, or a related field from a reputable university.
- Minimum of 3 years of work experience in a similar field.
- 1-2 years of experience working with SQL.
- Experience in A/B testing, data analysis, and quantitative analysis tools.
- Familiarity with digital platforms, marketing, and technology.
- Ability to address unstructured business questions and independently drive projects to conclusion.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving skills, and a positive team player attitude.
- Strong communication skills.
