As a Junior Product Growth Analyst, you will be responsible for developing data-driven strategies and products, as well as extracting and analyzing data to identify new growth opportunities for the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform quantitative analysis and monitor, mine, and present data to recommend improvements for driving growth.
- Understand user interactions with our products and simplify concepts to build buy-in with development teams for project execution.
- Analyze the business model and user funnels to identify necessary changes for growth.
- Define OKRs and roadmap for initiatives and experiments.
- Plan and perform A/B experiments, then track and analyze results.
- Stay updated on the latest technology and standards.
Requirements:
- B.Sc in Maths, Computer Science, Marketing, or a similar field from a reputable university.
- A minimum of 3 years of work experience in a similar role.
- 1-2 years of experience working with SQL.
- Experience in A/B Testing, data analysis, and quantitative analysis tools.
- Familiarity with product, development, and data-oriented teams.
- Understanding of digital platforms, marketing, and technology.
- Ability to provide answers to unstructured business questions and work independently to drive projects to completion.
- Excellent analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and communication skills.
- A positive can-do attitude and strong teamwork skills.
