Junior QA Engineer

About the Role
In this position, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and compliance of our products through meticulous inspection and analysis. You will be responsible for a range of quality assurance activities aimed at maintaining high standards throughout the production process.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct incoming, in-process, and final inspections of raw materials, components, and finished products.
• Inspect products against engineering drawings, BOMs, specifications, quality standards, and customer requirements.
• Develop, maintain, and review Quality Control Plans (QCPs), Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs), and inspection checklists.
• Identify, document, and control non-conformances, including raising and following up on NCRs.
• Support Root Cause Analysis (RCA), Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA), and verification of corrective action effectiveness.
• Support process and product quality audits on the manufacturing shop floor and follow up on identified actions.
• Assist with laboratory testing, inspection activities, test documentation, and reporting as required.
• Maintain and control quality records and documentation in accordance with document control requirements.
• Monitor and report process and product quality performance, including rejection, rework, FPY, and defects.
