Key Responsibilities:
- Development and implementation of credit policies and risk assessment strategies per the requirements of business customers (risk and antifraud department).
- Monitoring the operation of the decision-making system and assessing the effect of changes implemented.
- Development and automation of test scripts for the changes made.
- Testing algorithms and elements of a credit decision-making strategy.
- Full analysis of the credit decision-making strategy in terms of technical implementation, including error search and elimination.
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise:
- 0.5 years of relevant experience in tech/fintech products as an Engineer.
- Experience with SQL and Python is a must.
- Good knowledge of English (pre-Intermediate or higher).
- Ability to work in a stressful environment typical of startups.
