About the Role
As a Junior RPA Developer, you will support business colleagues in identifying, improving, and automating operational processes to enhance efficiency and quality. You will be based in our Abu Dhabi office and will work closely with the Integration and Automation team, which is responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining automation workflows and RPA solutions that support various business units across the organization. Your operational mindset and professional experience will help translate everyday business needs into practical automation opportunities, providing broad exposure to business processes throughout the company.

Your Responsibilities
- Support the development, testing, and maintenance of UiPath RPA automations.
- Identify automation opportunities in operational processes in collaboration with business stakeholders.
- Gather and document business requirements and help translate them into functional process designs.
- Support the implementation of new or revised automations.
- Monitor and support existing automations, troubleshooting and resolving operational issues as they arise.
- Work collaboratively with business users, IT colleagues, and other RPA developers to enhance process efficiency and stability of automation systems.
- Contribute to process standardization, documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Your Qualities
You can make your mark as a Junior RPA Developer if you have:
- 5+ years of experience in operations, process support, IT support, automation support, or related roles.
- Proven track record in process improvement, automation, and digital solutions.
- Relevant experience with RPA, or a strong interest in developing RPA automations, preferably using UiPath.
- Familiarity with additional UiPath capabilities such as Test Automation, Document Understanding, and Agentic AI is advantageous.
- A bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English.
- The ability to work both independently and effectively within an international team.
- A practical, hands-on approach with strong attention to detail.
- A strong sense of responsibility, flexibility, and eagerness to learn.
