Responsibilities
- Access data and construct or manipulate large datasets to support planned analyses, utilizing queries and formulas.
- Design and develop dashboards to assist stakeholders in understanding key metrics and performance indicators.
- Help define KPIs, metrics, and drive data governance through standardization and communication.
- Extract data and distribute it among stakeholders using dashboards/reports or Google Sheets.
- Develop analysis and reporting capabilities while monitoring performance and quality control to identify improvements.
- Create queries and reports, effectively presenting findings to stakeholders.
- Ensure data quality and timely delivery of insightful reports that support business decision-making.
- Participate in analytics and reporting trainings to encourage a data-driven culture across the department.
- Autonomously conduct reporting on operational performance to provide insights for process optimization.
- Supply Sales/Account Managers with relevant insights into issues and opportunities related to their accounts.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in statistics, mathematics, computer science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in analytics, preferably in an internet/e-commerce company working closely with products and commercial teams.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets and queries.
- Strong analytical skills with proven ability to translate data into actionable insights and business recommendations.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy while organizing and analyzing large quantities of information.
- Written and verbal proficiency in English.
- Proactive nature and passion for seeking information, solving problems, and delivering high-quality results.
- Enthusiasm for data and metrics with a hands-on attitude, thriving in a fast-paced and innovative environment.
- Highly motivated, professional, and creative, capable of working independently and collaboratively in a diverse team.
