Key Responsibilities
- Access data, construct and manipulate large datasets to support planned analyses, using queries and formulas.
- Design and develop dashboards.
- Help define KPIs metrics and drive data governance through standardization and communication.
- Extract data and share it with stakeholders using dashboards/reports or Google Sheets.
- Develop analysis and reporting capabilities while monitoring performance and quality control plans to identify improvements.
- Adept at queries, report writing, and presenting findings.
- Responsible for data quality and timely delivery of reports that are actionable for business.
- Participate in Analytics & Reporting trainings to promote data usage within the department.
- Work autonomously without supervision.
- Share reporting on operational performance to provide insights to streamline processes.
- Provide Sales/Account Managers with insights into issues and opportunities related to their accounts.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in statistics, mathematics, computer science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in analytics, preferably in an internet or e-commerce company, closely working with products and commercials.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets and queries.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data and information into actionable insights and business recommendations.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information accurately.
- Proficient written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proactive and passionate about seeking information, solving conceptual problems, and delivering high-quality results in challenging situations.
- Passion for data and metrics.
- Hands-on attitude and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and innovative environment.
