During your first year, you will engage in the FASTER Program, a comprehensive 12-month onboarding and development initiative. This program aims to equip you with the technical knowledge and customer engagement skills necessary to excel. You will gain hands-on experience with the company's portfolio, learn from seasoned experts, and actively contribute to real-world customer solutions from the outset.

- Learn to support customers in addressing their technical and strategic challenges with the company's offerings.

- Develop technical skills across Cloud, Automation, and AI solutions, completing training programs and earning industry-recognized certifications.
- Engage in customer interactions through presentations, demonstrations, workshops, and pilot projects.

What You Will Bring:
- Passion for open source technology and a desire to build a career in the tech industry.
- Strong technical skills in computer science, IT, AI, or related fields.
- Demonstrated experience in applying technical and problem-solving skills in an Enterprise IT-related environment.
- Effective communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills.
- Some exposure to scripting or programming languages is a plus.
- Language Requirements: Full professional proficiency in written and spoken English and Arabic.
