You will assist the development team in identifying issues related to coding standards, design principles, and architecture, thereby enhancing overall product quality. From a product perspective, you will also focus on optimizing internal systems concerning functionality, performance, user experience, and interaction design.
Job Responsibilities
- Testing: Conduct testing of various business projects to ensure quality.
- Automation: Design and build automation testing frameworks.
- Engineering Practices: Implement effective engineering practices to enhance productivity.
- Quality Improvement: Collaborate with the development team to resolve coding and architectural issues.
- System Optimization: Improve internal systems for better performance and user engagement.
Job Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or above in computer science or related fields.
- Testing Experience: 2+ years of software testing experience with strong expertise in R&D and testing processes.
- Testing Skills: Proficient in automation testing, performance testing, or static code analysis.
- Development-Related Experience: Preferred experience in CI, development tools, framework design, or distributed systems.
- Programming Skills: Familiarity with at least one mainstream programming language (e.g., Java, Python, PHP, Node.js). Hands-on programming skills are preferred.
- Project Management & DevOps: Experience in project management, configuration management, CI/CD, or DevOps practices is a plus.
- Personal Qualities: A passion for testing technologies, excellent problem-solving skills, proactive attitude, and strong communication abilities.
- Language: Native Arabic speakers preferred.
