Essential Job Functions/Tasks:
- The Key Account Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in Riyadh (or Dammam). This role is responsible for growing relationships with key accounts, municipalities, and local government agencies, and includes visits to explain the company's products for project specifications.
- Pass customer inquiries to Area Managers to drive long-term partnerships.
- Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts, report market trends, and provide regular reports and insights to management.
- Enhance the company's contact with key accounts and report demand for the company's products at various levels to assist in achieving organizational goals.
- Attend trade shows and promotional events in the assigned territory.
- Assist in collecting data for forecasts and market data reports as required.
- Travel as necessary to achieve goals.
Education/Training Required and Preferred:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent four-year degree in business administration, marketing, landscape architecture.
Experience Required and Preferred:
- Minimum of 0-1 year of professional business or support experience within the irrigation, architecture, planning, or construction industries.

- Effective presentation skills, with a demonstrated ability to attain goals. Ability to explain the features and benefits of the company's products.
- Knowledge of the company and competitor products.
- Understanding of finance and budgeting processes, with the ability to prepare budgets and manage expenses within them.
- Effective interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills in English and regional languages. Ability to establish and maintain positive working relationships while providing a high level of customer service and support.
- Willingness to travel extensively, live strategically within the territory, and work flexible hours.
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Windows, word processing, spreadsheets, and database management.
- Valid driver's license and driving record sufficient for company insurance requirements. Must have or be able to obtain a valid passport.
- Fluency in languages commonly spoken within the region, primarily Arabic & English, and knowledge of regional business and cultural practices.
- Irrigation Association (IA) Level II certification with additional Level III certifications preferred.
- Excellent attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills.
