Your Role:
- Develop and drive a credible and productive long-term relation with customers to maximize the value of short- and long-term business with assigned accounts based on a deep understanding of customers' strategies and priorities, external trends, market insights, and competitive landscape.
- Coordinate efficient One company approach to the customer, by working with Sales, Marketing, Service, and Supply Chain team members at the account.
- Develop Account Strategy aligned with the Customer’s priorities, and drive key account customer Sales Plans to fulfill key account plan growth.
- Maintain and grow comparable sales and market share through effective funnel management, strategy account management, and daily demonstration of company leadership competencies.
- Build and translate business plans of the sales group into a strategic 2-3 year plan with targets, strategy, and actions to meet goals.
Requirements
- Professional knowledge and experience in relevant marketing and sales techniques.
- Leads local account team, organizes necessary actions, and ensures results are met in time.
- Strong interpersonal skills and experience in the Healthcare industry preferred, dealing with medical equipment and solution selling.
- Experienced in handling KOLs from MoH with proven ability to form and maintain positive long-term relationships with customers.
- Flexibility and willingness to travel frequently within the allocated territory.
- Fluent in English, verbal and written, in addition to local language.
Work Conditions
For office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
