What You Will Do
- Identify, develop, and win new business opportunities within the truck sector.
- Build strong relationships with fleet operators, logistics companies, transportation businesses, contractors, and key commercial customers.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Develop and maintain a healthy sales pipeline through active prospecting and customer engagement.
- Conduct regular customer visits to understand business requirements and identify sales opportunities.
- Present vehicle solutions, coordinate demonstrations, and support customer test drives.
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and lead generation through quotation, negotiation, order placement, delivery, and payment collection.
- Protect profitability while delivering competitive commercial solutions.
- Maintain accurate customer records, sales forecasts, and pipeline updates within the Customer Relationship Management system.
- Support collections activities and follow up on outstanding payments when required.
- Gather market intelligence and competitor information to support business growth strategies.
Required Skills to Be Successful
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Proven experience selling trucks in the United Arab Emirates.
- Experience managing fleet customers, transport companies, logistics operators, and contractors.
- Strong knowledge of trucks, fleet operations, transport businesses, and the United Arab Emirates truck market.
About The Team
You will join Industrial Equipment and Commercial Vehicles at the company, working as part of the Commercial Vehicles Sales team and reporting directly to the Sales Manager – Commercial Vehicles.

- Demonstrated track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Valid United Arab Emirates driving license.
