Key Account Manager - Government

The company EPD is looking for a Key Account Manager - Government based in Riyadh who will be responsible for Central & North key accounts. The primary objective of this role is to assure consistent sales growth and achieve sales goals and targets in assigned territory across all Government sectors by identifying opportunities and gaining new business while maintaining existing accounts.

Key responsibilities include ensuring consistent sales growth for the Biologics/Biosimilars portfolio across assigned government hospitals, driving access, expanding adoption, leading governmental tenders, developing account plans, strategic engagement with stakeholders, and identifying new business opportunities. The role also involves monitoring market trends, maintaining relationships with key accounts, collaborating cross-functionally, and supporting educational initiatives to enhance knowledge of biosimilars among healthcare professionals.

Required qualifications include a Bachelor’s in pharmacy and a Saudi Commission for Health Specialist / SCHS license. Candidates should have 3-5 years of experience in Key Account Management within multinational pharmaceutical companies, preferably in Biological and/or Biosimilar fields, with a strong understanding of the Saudi healthcare system.

Ideal candidates will possess strategic thinking abilities, independence, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the capacity to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. They must be willing to travel up to 75% of the time.
