Position

As the Key Account Manager for Personal Health in E-Commerce, you will own end-to-end account management for assigned online retailers, marketplaces, and digital partners in the GCC Countries. Your role includes forecasting online sales and revenue, developing customer-tailored commercial plans, and executing digital-focused sales initiatives. Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end E-commerce account management for assigned online retailers, marketplaces, and digital partners in GCC countries.
  • Forecast online sales and revenue, develop customer-tailored commercial plans, and execute digital-focused sales initiatives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key E-commerce players while developing strategic online account plans to maximize category performance.
  • Identify growth opportunities, including assortment optimization, visibility enhancements, upsell/cross-sell potential, and new digital activation opportunities.
  • Drive excellence in digital execution, including content quality, search visibility, online campaigns, and conversion optimization.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Marketing, E-commerce, Pricing, Finance, Supply Chain, etc.) to deliver aligned and impactful online initiatives.
  • Monitor and analyze digital performance metrics (traffic, conversion, share of search, availability, content compliance) to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Manage and develop distributors involved in E-commerce operations within GCC markets.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of our online channel strategy, tools, and processes.

Requirements

  • Around 10 years of Sales/Account Management experience, ideally with strong E-commerce exposure in multinational companies within the FMCG or Consumer Electronics sectors.
  • Proven experience managing E-commerce accounts (marketplaces, pure players, omnichannel retailers) in GCC countries.
  • Distributor management experience in GCC markets (mandatory).
  • Strong digital commercial understanding, including online retail media, content management, digital shelf performance, and E-commerce analytics.
  • Excellent communication skills, high ownership, and strong stakeholder management.
  • Bachelor’s degree. Fluency in English and Arabic.
  • Willingness and ability to travel when required.
