The role of Key Account Manager, based in Dubai, manages large accounts/situations as a business partner with a long-term perspective. S/he is responsible for building and maintaining solid relationships with key customers, with a focus on increasing market share and revenue generation within the territory for the company's full EP product range of disposables, software, and capital equipment.

Responsibilities

  • Provides Technical & Clinical Electrophysiology support to Physicians
  • Builds partnership and strong relationship with a long-term focus
  • Interacts with purchasing groups, administration, and key decision makers in centers
  • Collaborates with patient/physician associations, governmental bodies, and local political networks
  • Coordinates with Regional Sales Managers to identify sales opportunities and manage sales funnel
  • Utilizes data and reports (PowerBI, SalesForce…) to derive insights and drive the business
  • Works with the Country Manager and Financial Controller to identify Margin Improvement Plans and action them
  • Builds offers with a 360° vision, including full portfolio deals, services, and out-of-the-box thinking
  • Negotiates with centers and influences decisions
  • Understands future R&D roadmap and anticipates future product entries
  • Maintains strong up-to-date technical knowledge of relevant therapies, products, clinical practices, and regulatory requirements

General Expectations

  • Timely reports to RSM and completes all administrative tasks accurately and on time
  • Delivers the company's message as a strong company and EP Ambassador
  • Ensures all company's Quality Procedures are followed and adheres to technical, clinical, and ethical standards

Requirements

  • Education: Preferably Master's degree in Sales, Marketing, or Finance, or strong proven track record in sales
  • Experience: At least 3-5 years of experience in an Electrophysiology (EP) clinical/sales role, preferably in the Gulf region
  • Very strong negotiation skills with ability to use facts to influence decisions
  • Good analytical skills and ability to work with several functions (sales, legal, finance, etc.)
  • Fluent in English
  • Advanced personal computer skills including MS Excel, Word, Outlook, and Power Point
