The company is seeking a senior, relationship-driven Key Accounts Manager who possesses an existing portfolio of enterprise and/or government accounts in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have the ability to independently generate, manage, and expand long-term client relationships. This role is perfect for a professional who acts as a trusted advisor to clients, owns strategic accounts end-to-end, and consistently drives revenue across Cybersecurity, Managed Services, Cloud, and Enterprise IT solutions.

Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
Work Conditions: On-site, Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

  • Bring and onboard existing key accounts and active client relationships within the Saudi Arabian market.
  • Own and manage a portfolio of enterprise and government accounts, ensuring long-term engagement and revenue growth.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, managing relationships at C-level, CIO, CISO, and IT leadership levels.
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities across various services including Cybersecurity, Managed IT Services, Cloud & Infrastructure solutions, and Enterprise IT consulting.
  • Lead account strategy, planning, and execution to maximize account value and retention.
  • Manage the full commercial lifecycle including negotiations, renewals, contracts, and expansions.
  • Collaborate with pre-sales, technical, and delivery teams to design and deliver tailored solutions for key clients.
  • Develop account growth plans, revenue forecasts, and pipeline reports using CRM tools.
  • Ensure high client satisfaction, service delivery alignment, and long-term partnership development.
  • Represent the company in executive meetings, industry forums, and client engagements across KSA.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Marketing, or a related discipline.
  • 5+ years of experience in Key Account Management or Enterprise IT Services sales.
  • Proven ability to bring and manage existing accounts within the Saudi Arabian market.
  • Strong background in selling and managing cybersecurity solutions, managed services, and cloud & IT infrastructure offerings.
  • Demonstrated success in handling enterprise-level or government sector accounts in KSA.
  • Deep understanding of Saudi procurement processes, contracts, and stakeholder dynamics.
  • Established network and long-term relationships within Saudi enterprises, government entities, or large organizations.
  • Excellent relationship management, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and deliver consistent revenue growth.
  • Experience working with system integrators, MSPs, or IT service providers is highly preferred.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English is highly desirable.
