Key Responsibilities:
- Build relationships with business stakeholders to translate needs into digital solutions.
- Define and execute the digital roadmap in alignment with business priorities.
- Lead project management from planning to deployment and go-live.
- Monitor solution utilization and guide for maximized adoption.
- Ensure compliance with organizational governance and cybersecurity standards.
Essential Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field, Digital Health, Healthcare Management, or related discipline (Master’s is desirable).
- 7–10 years of experience in digital transformation, preferably in the pharma or life sciences industry.
- Proven ability to develop and execute digital roadmaps and deliver measurable outcomes.
- Fluency in English required; Arabic is an advantage.
