Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership for the business team and ensure accountability for important metrics such as increased selection, unit growth, inventory turns, and in-stock rates.
- Drive innovation to improve customer experience and strengthen vendor relationships.
- Represent local customer experience insights to senior executives, vendors, and third-party merchant teams.
- Collaborate with central company-wide teams in Technology, Operations, and Merchant Services to optimize processes and resource use.
- Translate business metrics into actionable plans to drive category performance.
- Create sustainable process improvements for long-term category growth.
- Identify new approaches for improving selection and category awareness.
- Focus on talent management, effectively recruiting and developing the best team members.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a technical or analytical discipline.
- Experience leading multi-functional teams and developing people managers in a data-driven environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in retail or digital content, including vendor management, product management, or operations management.
- Experience in consulting, business development, as a business leader with P&L responsibilities, or in product management in an international environment.
Language Requirements:
- Fluency in Arabic is essential, given the role's focus on the KSA market.
