As a Commercial Leader, you will manage a high-performing team focused on growing the company business by continuously improving business fundamentals, launching innovative initiatives, and creating the premier shopping experience in KSA. This includes curating a store that offers the widest product selection, top brands, and engaging content.
Your Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership across the business team to ensure accountability for metrics such as selection expansion, unit growth, inventory turnover, and in-stock rates.
- Drive innovation aimed at enhancing customer experience and strengthening vendor relationships.
- Convey local insights on customer experience to senior executives and relevant teams, including vendor and third-party merchant teams.
- Collaborate with central teams in Technology, Operations, and Merchant Services to optimize processes and efficiently utilize resources.
- Translate business metrics into actionable plans to drive category performance.
- Implement sustainable process improvements for year-over-year category progress.
- Discover new strategies to enhance selection and category awareness for long-term management.
- Focus on talent management by effectively recruiting, developing team members, and fostering a motivating work environment.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a technical or analytical discipline.
- Experience leading multi-functional teams and developing managers in a data-driven environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in retail or digital content, including vendor management, product management, or operations management.
- Background in consulting, business development, or as a business leader with P&L responsibilities in an international setting.
