KSA Commercial Sales Executive

About the Role
Join the team in Riyadh and help drive growth across the prestige beauty portfolio. This role combines commercial planning with hands-on execution, collaborating with retail and wholesale partners to transform sales plans into tangible results.

What You’ll Do

• Manage retail, wholesale and net sales plans across assigned brands and partners.
• Work with retailers and distributors to deliver commercial plans.
• Support forecasting, inventory planning and performance tracking.
• Coordinate launches, pricing, assortment updates and promotions.
• Partner with Brand, Supply Chain, Finance, Visual Merchandising, Education and Sales teams.
• Identify risks and opportunities, then follow through on action plans.
• Support trade marketing, customer plans and commercial reviews.

Qualifications
What You’ll Bring

• 5 years of progressive sales experience in beauty, FMCG, cosmetics, luxury retail or a related industry.
• Experience in distribution, retail operations, customer management and commercial execution.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, and Outlook.
• Trade marketing experience and established relationships with retailers, distributors or other commercial partners.
• Confident communication skills and the ability to coordinate work across teams.
• Native Arabic language skills are essential.
