KSA Commercial Sales Executive

About the Role
We are hiring a Corporate Sales Executive in Riyadh to help drive growth across our prestige beauty portfolio. This role merges commercial planning with hands-on execution, collaborating with retail and wholesale partners to translate sales plans into tangible results.

What You’ll Do

• Manage retail, wholesale, and net sales plans across assigned brands and partners.
• Work with retailers and distributors to implement commercial plans.
• Support in forecasting, inventory planning, and performance tracking.
• Coordinate product launches, pricing strategies, assortment updates, and promotions.
• Collaborate with Brand, Supply Chain, Finance, Visual Merchandising, Education, and Sales teams.
• Identify risks and opportunities, and execute appropriate action plans.
• Assist in trade marketing, customer plans, and commercial reviews.

Qualifications
What You’ll Bring

• 5 years of progressive sales experience in beauty, FMCG, cosmetics, luxury retail, or a related industry.
• Experience in distribution, retail operations, customer management, and commercial execution.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to convert data into actionable insights.
• Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, and Outlook.
• Trade marketing experience accompanied by strong relationships with retailers, distributors, or other commercial partners.
• Confident communication skills with the ability to coordinate cross-team efforts.
• Native Arabic language skills are essential.
