Position

This role serves as the central "nerve center" for our KSA operations, ensuring that opportunities across our diverse global portfolio are tracked, managed, and accelerated. You will bridge the gap between high-level government engagements and operational execution. You will be responsible for maintaining a "single source of truth" for our pipeline, managing complex stakeholder relationships within the Saudi ecosystem, and ensuring that leadership has the data-driven insights needed to make critical decisions.

Job Responsibilities

  • Pipeline & Opportunity Management: Build and rigorously maintain the KSA Opportunity Tracker (via Power BI or Excel). Monitor the status, ownership, timelines, and dependencies for all regional projects.
  • Stakeholder & Government Liaison: Track engagements with key KSA entities. Document next actions and ensure no follow-up is missed.
  • Performance Reporting: Prepare monthly leadership updates and visual dashboards that translate complex data into actionable insights for the executive team.
  • Operational Accountability: Follow up directly with Operating Companies (OpCos) to ensure meeting actions and deadlines are met. Act as the primary "enforcer" of project timelines.
  • Risk Mitigation: Proactively identify and flag delays, resource bottlenecks, or strategic risks before they impact delivery.
  • Knowledge Management: Ensure seamless continuity of project data and strategic relationships during priority shifts or team transitions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. An MBA is a plus.
  • Certification: PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification is highly preferred.
  • 3–6 years of project management experience, preferably within a conglomerate, consulting firm, or logistics/infrastructure sector.
  • Regional Expertise: Deep understanding of the KSA business landscape and the Vision 2030 framework. Familiarity with the working styles of Saudi government ministries and working in international organizations is essential.
  • Native or professional fluency in English and Arabic is required to navigate government documentation and internal reporting.

  • Data Visualization: Advanced proficiency in Power BI and Excel (lookups, pivot tables, and dashboard creation).
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to see the "big picture" across multiple business units (Logistics, Aviation, Ventures) while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Influence & Communication: Strong interpersonal skills to hold senior leaders accountable for deadlines without direct reporting authority.
  • Agility: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment where priorities shift based on government mandates or market opportunities.
