Digital Workplace Solutions is a part of the company's Professional and Managed Services strategy, aimed at delivering world-class services to support customers’ business strategies and outcomes. The service portfolio includes digital workplace solutions, configuration, integration, support services, project management, and more across end-user devices and cloud infrastructure.
We are looking for an experienced end-user Solution Services Advisory Solution Architect who can translate business and technical requirements into value-added IT solutions. This role involves leading pre-sales and delivery activities for technology transformation solutions and services.
Position Requirements:
- Scope customer and solution requirements using consultative workshops, analytical techniques, and customer visits.
- Translate requirements into architectural solutions delivered by the company.
- Create business case collateral and cost solutions across the end-user spectrum.
- Drive technical certification and validation for customer solutions.
- Maintain knowledge of technology, processes, and tools across industries.
- Cultivate strong customer relationships through a deep understanding of business needs.
Candidate Requirements:
- Must have the ability to interpret customer requirements and translate them into IT services that provide business value.
- A deep understanding of digital workplace architectures and transformation programs.
- Experience in presenting business cases that highlight value-add and cost savings.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in requirements definition, project management, change management, and problem-solving in a service business environment.
- Must be multilingual (English and local language).
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
