This position involves coordinating with suppliers, logistics providers, manufacturing teams, and global stakeholders to expedite or reschedule urgent shipments for critical materials and resolve supply issues. You will support order management, shipment tracking, and inventory balancing activities while collaborating with various teams to ensure efficiency and quality in operations. Your role will also include managing purchase orders, closing shipment or material issues, and enhancing supplier relationships. Additionally, as a KSA focal point on behalf of the Site Buyer team, you will support the development of future digital capabilities within the KSA Site Buyer.

Responsibilities
- Coordinate with suppliers, logistics providers, manufacturing teams, and global stakeholders to expedite or reschedule urgent shipments for critical materials and resolve supply issues.
- Support order management, shipment tracking, and inventory balancing activities.
- Interlock with GSM/GCM/Supplier on material master data, customs registration, or pricing issues.
- Address shipment or material issues (unmatched quantity, quality issues, cargo incidents) with suppliers.
- Collaborate with suppliers to improve ASN quality, ETA accuracy, and operational efficiency.
- Place and manage purchasing orders, resolving related exceptional cases with suppliers.
- Act as KSA focal point on behalf of the Site Buyer team and support the development of future digital capabilities within the KSA Site Buyer.
Position Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in procurement, supply chain, planning, logistics, or related operations.
- Detail-oriented, self-initiated, with a strong sense of responsibility.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills for managing supplier relationships.
- A dedicated team player and proactive learner.
- Good command of written and spoken English is required; Arabic language capability is highly preferred.
- Ability to write code is preferred, including but not limited to: Macro (VB), SQL, Python, Power BI, etc.
