KYC Remediation Coordinator - BB KYC Outbound Team

The KYC Remediation Coordinator will be responsible for providing Management Information System (MIS) and analytical support to the KYC remediation team. Key responsibilities include:

• Maintaining, analyzing, and publishing various detailed MIS related to KYC remediation at a portfolio level using MicroStrategy, Power BI, BPM tools, and other software applications for data extraction.
• Providing key analytics and preparing business packs for KYC and service trends and meetings.
• Working on the automation of various MIS.
• Monitoring KYC requests received and pending in various queues, ensuring that Turnaround Times (TAT) are calculated and shared with respective stakeholders.
• Accurately maintaining the database of KYC expiry.
• Preparing and maintaining all internal reports/MISs as per management requirements (Daily/Weekly/Monthly).
• Ensuring all administrative requirements are fulfilled for the respective unit.
• Identifying and recommending process improvement initiatives that enhance customer experience.
• Assisting the team by handling special assignments.
• Timely follow-up with customers and stakeholders for queries and service requests.
• Adhering to audit recommendations with zero repeats.
• Reconciling documents in safe custody with the Chubb register maintained.
• Checking daily disbursals of applications and sending the originals while keeping a transmittal record.
• Accurately updating the key register with every movement.
• Adhering to MER reporting and responding to all email queries/requests within 24 hours.
• Working towards achieving organizational objectives, sustaining service levels, and planning to enhance service standards for Business Banking to improve customer experience.
