We are seeking a talented L1 .Net Backend Developer to join our dynamic team. You will work in a multidisciplinary squad, contributing to company-wide objectives and collaborating with product, data, and design teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in designing and developing software solutions under guidance.
• Work with the team to implement experiments and learn from data-driven insights.
• Write clean and maintainable code with support from peers and mentors.
• Participate in code reviews and follow best practices in software development.
• Engage in discussions on architecture and design within the team.

Technical Qualifications:

Required Skills:

• Understanding of data structures, algorithms, and time & space complexity.
• Proficiency in at least one programming language (preferably C#).
• Basic knowledge of databases (SQL/NoSQL) and querying.
• Understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP).
• Familiarity with version control (e.g., Git).
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
