L1/L2 Test Environment Support

The L1/L2 Test Environment Support role involves hands-on expertise in managing various infrastructure environments/apps, particularly those hosted on WAS and OpenShift platforms. Key responsibilities include analyzing logs, troubleshooting application errors, and managing server or network configurations. This position requires experience in configuring and monitoring Dynatrace systems for alerts and health checks, as well as creating reports through monitoring tools.

Responsibilities:

• Establish processes for L1 and L2 support on application and infrastructure support.
• Perform in-depth analysis and investigation into system logs, application errors, and recurring performance issues.
• Collaborate with L3 teams (expert engineers/developers), coordinate with IT teams (network, database, QA), and external vendors as needed.
• Create or update technical documentation and knowledge base articles to support knowledge management.
• Prepare RCA documents and Incident Summary Reports.
• Summarize reports on the status of servers, databases, network components, application availability, CPU utilization, memory usage, disk I/O, and potential bottlenecks, highlighting any anomalies or recurring performance issues.
