About the Job:
As an L2 Application Support professional, you will provide production application support with a focus on banking applications, especially in the corporate banking sector. Your responsibilities will include maintaining large-scale front-end and back-end applications utilizing tools such as Apigee, Java or NodeJS, JavaScript, Kafka, Spring, and Oracle/Postgres DB. You will troubleshoot and resolve issues, coordinate with stakeholders in a multi-vendor environment, and utilize ticketing software like Remedy, Service Now, or Service Desk. Additionally, you will document processes and resolutions comprehensively, contributing to Agile methodologies when applicable.
