Job Type: Full-time

Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field
5 to 8 years of experience in application support
Strong knowledge of B2B applications and common technical issues
Excellent problem-solving skills
Familiarity with API banking services, corporate banking functionalities, CBS (Finacle), payment gateways, and B2B interface services.
Strong verbal and written communication skills to articulate technical issues to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Ability to collaborate effectively with team members and provide timely updates on incident resolution.
Valid transferable Iqama.
Currently residing in KSA, preferably in Riyadh.
