Qualifications: Candidates should have 5-8 years of experience, a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, strong problem-solving abilities, and effective communication skills in English. Relevant certifications (ITIL, AWS/Azure, Java/React) are advantageous.
Performance Metrics (KPIs): Evaluation will be based on metrics such as Mean Time to Resolve (MTTR), percentage of first-time fixes, application uptime, and SLA compliance.
