Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
Work Conditions: Full-time on-site role (Sunday–Thursday), 9×5 support, participation in an on-call rota for critical escalations, occasional evening or weekend work during planned maintenance. Collaborative and fast-paced environment interfacing with network, application, SOC, and compliance teams. Candidates must be eligible to work in Saudi Arabia and pass SAMA background checks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Support & Monitoring: Continuously monitor F5 APM, ASM/WAF, LTM, GTM, and Infoblox DNS grids for health, performance, and security events. Respond to alerts and service-desk tickets within SLA; diagnose and fix routine issues.
- Configuration & Maintenance: Implement approved configuration changes, including access policies, iRules, WAF policies, and more. Apply software patches and updates under change-management guidelines.
- Incident Handling & Escalation: Investigate connectivity, authentication, or DNS anomalies; document findings and escalate unresolved issues to the L3 engineer.
- Compliance & Reporting: Generate health-check reports and edge-security KPI dashboards aligned to SAMA requirements. Ensure full documentation of changes, incidents, and maintenance tasks in ServiceNow.
- Collaboration & Knowledge Transfer: Work with network, application, and SOC teams during deployments or incident bridges; maintain and improve documentation and provide training to L1 analysts.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience with F5 BIG-IP modules and Infoblox DNS Security in production.
- Strong understanding of networking protocols and security frameworks.
- Experience with ITSM tools, basic troubleshooting skills, and log analysis.
Desired Skills & Certifications:
- F5 Certified Administrator or similar certifications.
- Infoblox DNS certification or security expert recognition.
- ITIL Foundation, CompTIA Security+, or equivalent security credentials.
- Scripting knowledge for automating tasks.
- Familiarity with load-balancer policies and DNSSEC principles.
