We are seeking an experienced L2 IT Support Engineer with over 4 years of IT support experience. This role involves providing advanced technical assistance and ensuring stability within our IT infrastructure. Key responsibilities include managing escalated issues, administering enterprise systems, supporting cloud and AI environments, and ensuring secure application access through Single Sign-On (SSO).

Responsibilities:

  • Provide second-level support for escalated incidents and service requests.
  • Administer and troubleshoot Microsoft Exchange Online.
  • Manage and support Microsoft Intune for device enrollment and compliance.
  • Handle Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) tasks, including identity management and SSO integration.
  • Deploy and manage Azure Virtual Machines and support Azure Virtual Desktop environments.
  • Provide support for AI environments and manage enterprise application lifecycle.
  • Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot networking equipment.
  • Implement and maintain IT security best practices and collaborate with L1 support.
  • Document solutions and contribute to process improvements.
  • Participate in IT projects, upgrades, and ensure compliance with IT policies.

Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Exchange Online administration.
  • Hands-on experience with Intune and Entra ID (Azure AD).
  • Experience with Azure Virtual Machines and Azure Virtual Desktop.
  • Familiarity with AI environment support.
  • Networking expertise with HP switches and Fortigate firewalls.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Security solutions is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Over 4 years of experience in IT support, with a minimum of 2 years in L2 support roles.
  • Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate or Microsoft 365 Certified: Messaging Administrator Associate are preferred.

Language Requirements: English proficiency is expected.
