The L2 IT Support Engineer will oversee the IT support team (L1/L2), ensuring the stability, security, and performance of all internal IT systems. Responsibilities include managing escalated issues, administering enterprise systems, supporting cloud and AI environments, and ensuring secure application access through SSO.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide second-level support for escalated incidents and service requests.
  • Administer and troubleshoot Microsoft Exchange Online, including mail flow and hybrid configurations.
  • Manage Microsoft Intune for device enrollment and application deployment.
  • Handle Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) tasks including identity management and SSO integration.
  • Deploy, manage, and troubleshoot Azure VMs, ensuring performance monitoring and backup.
  • Support Azure Virtual Desktop environments and manage user sessions.
  • Provide support for AI environments, with an emphasis on infrastructure readiness.
  • Document solutions and contribute to process improvements.

Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Exchange Online administration.
  • Hands-on experience with Intune and Entra ID (Azure AD) including SSO configuration.
  • Experience with Azure Virtual Machines and Azure Virtual Desktop.
  • Networking expertise with HP switches and Fortigate firewalls.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Security solutions is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field with 4+ years of IT support experience, including at least 2 years in L2 support roles.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate) are highly desirable.

Nice to Have:

  • Multilingual skills for supporting diverse user groups.
  • Familiarity with hybrid cloud architectures and understanding of backup and recovery solutions.
