We are seeking a talented Level 2 .Net Backend Developer to join our dynamic team. As an L2 .NET Backend Developer, you will work cross-functionally within a multidisciplinary squad to contribute to our company-wide objectives. You will engage with product, data, and design teams to solve customer problems through experimentation and ideation. Additionally, you will contribute to backend initiatives and collaborate with peers to enhance your skills.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in designing and developing software solutions under guidance.
- Work with the team to implement experiments based on data-driven insights.
- Write clean and maintainable code, supported by peers and mentors.
- Seek learning opportunities from experienced developers.
- Participate in code reviews to learn coding standards and improve code quality.
- Follow best practices in software development.
- Contribute to architectural and design discussions within the team.

Technical Qualifications:
- Experience in C# and .NET (Core, .NET 6+).
- Understanding of RESTful APIs and integration between systems.
- Knowledge of Entity Framework and SQL, including database design and queries.
- Familiarity with software development methodologies and coding best practices.
- Interest or beginner experience with hosting and cloud services.
- Exposure to .NET testing libraries such as XUnit and NSubstitute is a plus.
- Familiarity with event-driven architectures, microservices, or distributed systems is advantageous.
