Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and development of highly scalable services using ASP.NET Core Web API and .Net Core to deliver secure and reliable business functionality for enterprise applications.
- Oversee end-to-end implementation of responsive user interfaces using React JS, ensuring intuitive user journeys and consistent performance.
- Drive the optimization of complex SQL queries and database schemas to guarantee data integrity and efficient reporting.
- Coordinate full-stack development efforts across ASP.NET Core Web API, React JS, and Node JS to align with architectural guidelines.
- Guide the team in applying modular coding practices for maintainability.
- Ensure rigorous code reviews and unit test coverage for all components.
- Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, and architects to translate business needs into technical designs.
- Manage sprint planning and execution, tracking progress and ensuring timely delivery.
- Implement secure coding practices to comply with corporate policies and industry regulations.
- Optimize application performance and coordinate defect triage and root cause analysis.
- Collaborate with operations and support teams for effective monitoring and maintenance.
- Identify opportunities for automation and technical innovation to improve productivity.
Qualifications:
- Strong proficiency in ASP.NET Core Web API and .Net Core with over nine years of proven experience.
- Hands-on expertise in React JS, including state management and component design.
- Advanced skills in relational database design and SQL, including performance tuning.
- Practical experience with Node JS for building services or integration components.
- Solid understanding of software engineering principles, including object-oriented design.
- Prior exposure to new product development in travel and hospitality is advantageous.
- Comfortable in a hybrid work model with strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Knowledge of secure development practices and continuous improvement methods.
