L3 Data Classification Engineer

As a L3 Data Classification Engineer at the company in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, you will own the enterprise data classification program using Fortra Titus as the primary platform. Your responsibilities will include designing label taxonomy, enforcing classifications across Windows and Microsoft 365 applications, integrating classification metadata with Forcepoint DLP and Seclore DRM, and driving user adoption. You will also be the final point of escalation for classification issues, mentor L2 engineers, and lead audits related to Data Security controls. The position is on-site, full-time, with business hours from Sunday to Thursday.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and maintain classification taxonomy using Titus Policy Manager.
• Engineer user-driven and automatic classifications in Office/Outlook.
• Integrate Titus metadata into Forcepoint DLP and drive policy tuning.
• Ensure dashboards and KPIs are maintained for classification events.
• Lead and manage classification-related incidents, conducting root cause analysis.
• Collaborate with teams across Data Protection, Email, Endpoint, and Security Operations.

Required Qualifications:

• 7+ years in data protection, including 3+ years hands-on experience with Fortra Titus DCS at enterprise scale.
• Proven experience with Forcepoint DLP and Seclore DRM integrations.
• Strong understanding of Windows/O365 administration and ITIL processes.
• Comfortable working across multiple teams to ensure coordinated efforts in data security.
