Key Responsibilities:

Technical Support & Incident Management:
- Provide support for F5 Access Policy Manager, F5 Web Application Firewall, and Infoblox DNS.
- Perform root cause analysis on incidents and recommend preventive measures.

System Configuration & Maintenance:
- Configure, monitor, and maintain F5 security devices.
- Apply patches and updates in accordance with best practices.

DNS Security & Infoblox Management:
- Manage Infoblox DNS Security solutions and implement security policies.

Security & Compliance:
- Ensure adherence to security policies and collaborate on vulnerability assessments.

Collaboration & Documentation:
- Work with various teams to troubleshoot issues and maintain detailed documentation.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in network and application security, focusing on F5 technologies and DNS security.
- Proven expertise in managing F5 Access Policy Manager and F5 Web Application Firewall.
Desired Skills & Certifications:
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication abilities.
- Relevant F5 certifications are highly desirable.
