As an L3 F5 Application Security Engineer, you will be responsible for providing expert-level 9x5 support for F5 Access Policy Manager, F5 Web Application Firewall, and Infoblox DNS Security environments. Technical Support & Incident Management:
- Provide expert-level support for F5 and Infoblox solutions.
- Perform root cause analysis on incidents and document findings.

System Configuration & Maintenance:
- Configure, monitor, and maintain F5 security devices.
- Implement policies, rules, and configurations for Access Policy Manager and Web Application Firewall.

DNS Security & Infoblox Management:
- Manage Infoblox DNS Security solutions and enforce DNS security policies.

Security & Compliance:
- Ensure adherence to security policies and compliance requirements.
- Collaborate with security teams on vulnerability assessments.

Collaboration & Documentation:
- Work with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues.
- Create and maintain detailed documentation of configurations and processes.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in network and application security.
- Proven expertise in managing F5 technologies and DNS security solutions.
- Solid understanding of networking and security protocols.
Desired Skills & Certifications:
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Relevant F5 certifications and familiarity with Infoblox certifications are highly desirable.
Working Conditions:
- Provide 9x5 support, with occasional on-call responsibilities.
