L3 IAM & PKI Engineer – Advanced Support & Architecture

The L3 IAM & PKI Engineer is responsible for providing advanced technical support and managing escalation processes for complex issues affecting Identity and Access Management (IAM) and Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) systems. The role involves conducting in-depth troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and implementing long-term corrective actions. Additionally, the engineer will design, implement, and maintain PKI infrastructures, and develop security policies for IAM and PKI systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the ultimate escalation point for issues affecting IAM and PKI systems.
• Architect and optimize Privileged Access Management, Identity Governance and Administration (IGA), and Remote Access solutions.
• Lead response efforts during critical security events and drive post-incident reviews.
• Mentor L2 team members and document advanced procedures and system configurations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in identity and access management or PKI.
• Demonstrated expertise with Privileged Access Management, IGA, Remote Access Solutions, and PKI systems.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
