Laboratory Technician (Electrical Engineering)

We are seeking an experienced Laboratory Technician in Electrical Engineering to join a leading organization in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5-8 years of relevant experience, with mandatory UAE experience.

Location: Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates
Work Conditions:

• Contract: 12-Month Renewable
• On-site
• Full-time

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Strong experience in laboratory setup, electrical laboratory equipment maintenance, calibration, troubleshooting, and laboratory safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare laboratory setups for practical classes and experiments.
• Support faculty and students during laboratory sessions.
• Maintain, calibrate, troubleshoot, inspect, and repair electrical laboratory equipment.
• Manage laboratory inventory and assist with procurement requests.
• Ensure compliance with laboratory safety standards and procedures.
• Maintain maintenance logs, calibration records, and laboratory documentation.
• Provide technical support for student projects, workshops, and departmental activities.

Language Requirements: Proficiency in English is assumed.
