It seamlessly integrates Messenger, Docs, Calendar, Video calls, Emails, OKR, and more into one easy-to-use app. The Lark procurement R&D team is part of the Lark Business Applications team and is responsible for supporting ByteDance Group’s procurement services, catering to 100+ business parties such as e-commerce and gaming. Utilizing cutting-edge technology and AI applications, the team aims to improve efficiency and reduce costs while maintaining compliance.

Responsibilities
- Write and test product or system development code.
- Participate in or lead design reviews with peers and stakeholders to choose among available technologies.
- Review code developed by other developers and provide feedback to ensure best practices, including adherence to style guidelines, code accuracy, testability, and efficiency.
- Triage product or system issues and debug, track, and resolve them by analyzing the sources of issues and their impact on hardware, network, or service operations and quality.
- Contribute to existing documentation or educational content and adapt it based on product/program updates and user feedback.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in software development in one or more programming languages, along with a strong understanding of data structures and algorithms.
- 3 years of experience in testing, maintaining, or launching software products, and at least 1 year of experience in software design and architecture.
- Strong curiosity to learn new things and willingness to explore beyond the comfort zone.
- Proficiency in English, with effective communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in developing world-class procurement systems.
- Experience integrating machine learning solutions within products and measuring their effectiveness.
- At least 1 year in a technical leadership role.
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science or a related technical field.
