Layer 2 SOC Analyst

The SOC L2 role is part of the KSA SOC team, where candidates will conduct incident response operations according to documented procedures and industry best practices. Candidates must possess excellent communication skills and extensive experience in multiple security areas including SIEM, IDS, APT, and WAF.

Location: Riyadh, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
Work Arrangement: Onsite

Requirements:

• Extensive experience in Linux and Windows operating systems
• Deep knowledge of networking and attack methods
• Enthusiasm and interest in Information Security
• Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills
• Knowledge of network security zones, Firewall configurations, IDS policies
• Experience with Systems Administration, Middleware, and Application Administration
• In-depth knowledge of packet capture and analysis
• Experience with Security Assessment tools (NMAP, Nessus, Metasploit, Netcat, etc.)
• Ability to create and execute a containment strategy
