Roles & Responsibilities:
- Planning and organizing project initiatives effectively.
- Engaging internal and external subject matter experts (SMEs) during the planning phase.
- Developing project plans, including scheduling, SME resourcing, and logistics for training delivery.
- Communicating expectations to stakeholders regarding content, quality, and timelines.
- Ensuring delivery aligns with plans through quality checks.
- Performing quality control on training materials and client deliverables.
- Analyzing client and participant feedback for continuous improvement.
- Managing project economic reports, client billing, and communications.
- Developing strong client relationships and identifying additional training opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Post-graduate degree in business or project management.
- CAPM/PMP or equivalent project management qualification.
- High level of technical proficiency with Excel, Word, MS Project, and PowerPoint.
- Expertise in the full systems approach to training, including design, development, delivery, and evaluation.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven experience in project management, particularly in learning and organizational development.
- Flexibility in working hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
