Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and organize projects following handover from the Business Development team.
  • Establish clients in the company's internal systems and organize kick-off meetings.
  • Engage with internal and external subject matter experts during the planning phase.
  • Develop and execute a communication plan with relevant stakeholders.
  • Oversee content development and delivery phases, ensuring quality meets expected standards.
  • Manage project economics, including updating dashboards and handling billing.
  • Maintain proactive client communications, gathering feedback, and submitting post-course reports.

Qualifications:

  • Postgraduate qualification in business or project management with CAPM/PMP or equivalent certification.
  • Extensive experience in managing projects in learning and organizational development.
  • Expert knowledge of the full systems approach to training (design, development, delivery, evaluation).
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, able to engage effectively at all levels.

Language Requirements:

  • Arabic Speaker is a must.
