Roles & Responsibilities:
- Plan and organize project delivery following the handover from the Business Development team.
- Initiate client setup in the company systems, conduct kick-off meetings, and engage both internal and external SMEs during the planning phase.
- Manage project planning, scheduling, content development, and logistics for training delivery.
- Perform quality checks during project delivery and analyze feedback for improvements.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, identify training opportunities, and assist in training delivery as needed.
What You’ll Bring:
- High proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, MS Project, and PowerPoint.
- Experience in project management, particularly in learning and organizational development.
- Ability to articulate the purpose, aims, and outcomes of learning and development programs to various stakeholders.
- Sophisticated communication skills and capability to manage executive-level relationships.
- Attention to detail with a highly structured and meticulous approach.
- Flexibility in working hours, including evenings and weekends if required.
Education Requirements:
- Post-graduate degree with a business or project management background.
- CAPM/PMP or equivalent project management qualification.
