Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and lead the entire solution cycle through close collaboration with other teams.
- Understand customer needs and position Salesforce products as the optimal solution.
- Convey a deep understanding of the client’s industry and technology relevant to Salesforce solutions.
- Develop and deliver innovative custom solutions and present customized demos to key decision-makers.
- Participate in product, sales, and procedural training to acquire and maintain essential knowledge.
- Achieve quarterly and annual objectives set by management.
- Respond efficiently to RFPs and lead the technical side of the sales cycle.
- Demonstrate a willingness to grow your career through participation in internal training programs and mentorship initiatives.
Required Qualifications:
- Experience in implementing Digital Transformation strategies and successful delivery to customers.
- Proven track record in solution engineering, consultancy, delivery, or training for enterprise software solutions.
- Strong oral, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Excellent time management skills in a dynamic team environment.
- Collaborative problem-solving skills in energizing environments.
- Inquisitive, practical, and passionate about technology and knowledge sharing.
- Fluency in English; fluency in Arabic is appreciated.
- Willingness to travel occasionally.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Understanding of business requirements across various industries and awareness of industry-specific solutions.
- Knowledge of Salesforce products and relevant certifications.
