Location: Dubai, Dubai, United Arab Emirates
Work Conditions: Hybrid, Full-time

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and lead the entire solution cycle through close collaboration with other teams.
  • Understand customer needs and position Salesforce products as the optimal solution.
  • Convey a deep understanding of the client’s industry and technology relevant to Salesforce solutions.
  • Develop and deliver innovative custom solutions and present customized demos to key decision-makers.
  • Participate in product, sales, and procedural training to acquire and maintain essential knowledge.
  • Achieve quarterly and annual objectives set by management.
  • Respond efficiently to RFPs and lead the technical side of the sales cycle.
  • Demonstrate a willingness to grow your career through participation in internal training programs and mentorship initiatives.

Required Qualifications:

  • Experience in implementing Digital Transformation strategies and successful delivery to customers.
  • Proven track record in solution engineering, consultancy, delivery, or training for enterprise software solutions.
  • Strong oral, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Excellent time management skills in a dynamic team environment.
  • Collaborative problem-solving skills in energizing environments.
  • Inquisitive, practical, and passionate about technology and knowledge sharing.
  • Fluency in English; fluency in Arabic is appreciated.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Understanding of business requirements across various industries and awareness of industry-specific solutions.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce products and relevant certifications.
