Position

As a Lead Agile Coach at the company, you will play a pivotal role in orchestrating the organization's transformation journey. Your primary objective will be to establish cross-functional Tribes/Platforms that embrace self-sufficiency and prioritize excellent customer experiences. You will guide the evolution towards a collaborative Agile culture while implementing new transformational ideas to enhance customer centricity and ensure uniformity within the Tribe/Domain operating model.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Define and track key agile OKRs and metrics for measuring the success of agile practices.
  • Provide regular reports and insights to leadership on progress in agile transformation initiatives.
  • Implement agile frameworks and methodologies at scale, tailored to the specific needs of the Domains.
  • Work on scaling agile practices organization-wide.
  • Manage resistance to change and guide cultural shifts vital for successful agile adoption.
  • Develop change management strategies to address organizational challenges and promote agility.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement with feedback loops and learning from successes and failures.
  • Lead strategic retrospectives and improvement initiatives to enhance organizational performance.
  • Facilitate formation of agile communities of practice for knowledge sharing among agile practitioners.
  • Organize events promoting agile best practices and insights.
  • Ensure agile practices align with regulatory requirements within the banking sector.
  • Mitigate risks related to agile implementation and provide guidance on risk management.

Required Qualifications:

  • Overall Experience: 12+ Years
  • Function Experience (Agile): 10+ Years
  • Domain Experience (Banking/Financial): 3+ Years
  • Skills: Coaching and Mentoring, Agile Methodology, Leadership and Influencing, Training and Facilitation, Change Management, Stakeholder Collaboration, Communication Skills, Problem Solving.
